Prices are per month. "Per site" assumes every website is used, and the monthly chats are shared across all your sites. The Free plan covers one site with 10 live chats a month, so you can try it on a real client site first.

Starts hidden

A newly connected site doesn't show the chat to visitors until you switch it on, so you test it in wp-admin first. Lead capture also starts off.

Learns the site itself

Reads published pages, posts and WooCommerce products (prices, stock and options) straight from WordPress, including Beaver Builder content, and updates when the client edits. No API keys.

A built-in coach

The Help tab is an AI assistant that sees a summary of that client's own assistant and recent questions. It tells them what to change and drafts the fix for them to approve with one click.

    Create a free account

    Copy your licence key from your account page.

    Install the plugin

    Add "Voyant AI Chatbot" from the WordPress plugin directory on a client site.

    Connect and learn

    Paste the key under Voyant AI > Connection and press Update now. The assistant sets itself up in about a minute.

    Test, then switch on

    Try it in the Test chat, then switch it on when you and the client are happy.

Data and speed

Easy to explain to your clients

Voyant AI is run by Voyant Websites Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16946394).

Opt-in
Nothing leaves the site until you connect it, and Disconnect stops all sharing.
Left out
Private and password-protected content, and any page ticked "Keep out", is never sent.
Masked
Email addresses, phone numbers and links are masked before questions are analysed, and analytics show topics, never visitors' own words.
Cookies
No advertising cookies. Visitors get only a random visit identifier that clears when the tab closes.
Control
Clients can delete individual conversations. Closing an account deletes its content, chats and leads.
Processors
Replies are generated by OpenAI as a named sub-processor. The full list is in the privacy notice.
Light
One small script, about 3 KB compressed, loaded asynchronously. The chat runs in a separate frame, so it can't clash with your theme, and it stays off checkout pages.

Quick answers

Can I charge my clients for it?

Yes, at any price you choose, including inside a care or maintenance plan. Your clients never need a Voyant account. See the agencies section of our terms.

Can I white-label it?

Yes. Choose the White-label version of Pro, Growth or Enterprise and the "Powered by Voyant AI" line is removed from every site on your account.

What happens when a client leaves?

Disconnect their site to free its place. They can connect it to their own account if they want to keep the assistant.

What if my plan ends?

Your websites stay connected and move to the Free plan's allowance of 10 live chats a month, so the assistants stop answering once that is used until you choose a plan again.

Does it work with WooCommerce?

Yes. It knows prices, stock and options and can offer an add-to-basket link.

Do I need an OpenAI account?

No. There are no API keys to manage.

How many websites can one account run?

Pro runs 5 websites, Growth 15 and Enterprise 40. Each site has its own assistant, and the monthly chats are shared across the account.
